Module 4: Techniqual API Integrations
In this module, you will learn how to make progressing moves even more efficient. We will cover user guides for Reapit Full, Reapit Lite, Agent OS and CML.
Just Move In integrates with so many property management systems. This enables you to export your data from the system directly into our platform. Watch the videos below or click the link for detailed user guides.
Lesson 1: Reapit Full.
Our Reapit Full Integration is for Sales Agencies.
Step 1
Download our ‘Full’ app in the App Market.
We configure the integration and we arrange training for your users on how the Integration works.
Step 2
When you are ready to share the move data with us, simply click on the APP icon within agency cloud, selecting Just Move In.
Step 3
Answer our “pending” questions relating to the property and mover.
Click Submit and exit to complete the submission.
Step 4
If utilities management is turned on, simply add meter readings to the tenancy in agency cloud, within 7 days of the move event date. We make calls to the API for updates at 7am and 1pm every day.
Lesson 2: Reapit Lite.
Our Reapit Lite Integration is for Letting Agencies.
Step 1
Download our ‘Lite’ app in the App Market.
JMI contact you to arrange your trigger points for data sharing
Step 2
Move hits relevant trigger status > Move data sent to “pending moves” in JMI partner portal
Step 3
Your team login to JMI portal and submit move from “pending”.
Mover is contacted by JMI.
Step 4

Lesson 3: AgentOS
Step 1
Contact support at agentOS and request a JMI API Key.
Step 2
Intro to our Product Manager and begin testing (2-4 week timeframe).
Step 3
Moves come into pending.
You release the moves from pending.
Step 4
We contact the customer.
Add readings within 7 days of move date
Lesson 4: CML / Radar (MRI)
Step 1
Contact CML to outline you will be integrating with JMI.
Step 2
Intro to our Product Manager and begin testing (2-4 week timeframe).
Step 3
Submissions sent to JMI daily, overnight via CSV file.
Step 4
As part of testing, we configure your settings according to your preferences (2-6 week timescale).
