We always recommend setting up the Royal Mail redirection service for a minimum of three months. It's a simple but important way to stop sensitive mail ending up in someone else's hands. You don’t want your birthday card or present sent to your old home… that would be a surprise for the wrong person. So does Royal Mail redirection include parcels? Yes, Royal Mail redirection does cover parcels - as long as they are posted through Royal Mail and not a carrier service - which is even more the reason to get it set up with us. Note - this is digital only.
