Partner Portal Terms of Use
Introduction
Thank you for using the Just Move In Partner Portal (the “Portal”). By using the Portal, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms supplement and are subject to the agreement (“Partner Agreement”) agreed between Just Move In and the organisation who has nominated you as an authorised user (the “Partner”).
1. About the Portal
The Portal is an online service that helps you to manage moves, properties, movers, and Utilities Management Services such as change of occupancy notifications or energy switching.
2. Contracting and Switching
Within the Portal you may be able to:
(a) instruct Just Move In to undertake Utilities Management Services such as change of occupancy notifications; and/or
(b) enter into (or instruct Just Move In to arrange) contracts on behalf of the Partner you work for or other third parties e.g. in particular landlords for whom the Partner manages a property.
When you use these facilities you confirm:
(a) that you are properly authorised to do so; and
(b) where acting on behalf of a third party, also that the Partner you work for has sufficient authority from the third party to do so.
Just Move In may provide access to terms and conditions, contacting forms, or tariffs, but Just Move In is not a party to such contracts and excludes all liability in connection with them including in relation to any dispute or payment to be made.
3. General Rules and Acceptable Use
To use the Portal, you must at all times:
(a) be nominated by a Partner;
(b) have a current username and password;
(c) comply with these Terms.
In particular you must not use the Portal in any way or upload anything to the Portal that in our judgement is illegal, objectionable, against our policies, harmful (such as viruses), or breaches the Partner Agreement, any third party rights, or any law or regulation.
You and the Partner are solely responsible for your use of the Portal. If you breach any of these Terms, then we may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal.
If the Partner Agreement ends, your account will be disabled. Data that you have uploaded to the Portal will be returned or deleted in accordance with the Partner Agreement.
4. Passwords and Accounts
You must not use anyone else’s login credentials, or share your credentials with anyone else.
You and the Partner are responsible for keeping your account name and password confidential and for all use of your account. You must inform us immediately of unauthorised use. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from lost, stolen, or hacked passwords.
5. Personal Data
The Portal permits you add, access, extract, and process Mover Personal Data. You must do so only in accordance with the Partner’s privacy policy and applicable Data Protection Laws.

6. Portal Content
Materials within the Portal are for general or background information and not intended to be relied on as business, strategy, legal, compliance, or any other type of advice.
Third-party materials or links within the Portal are provided without any endorsement or acceptance by Just Move In of any responsibility for content, products, services, advice or transactions provided by, with or through such third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
The Portal and all its contents, including trademarks, data (except data provided by the Partner), images, graphics or layout, are owned either by Just Move In or by its third party licensors.
You must not copy significant parts of, scrape, mirror, re-publish, link to, reproduce, use commercially, or create derivative works from any part of the Portal.
8. General
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the Portal on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and exclude all warranties, including that the Portal will be always available or free from errors.
You may not assign any of your rights under these Terms to anyone else.
If we delay or omit to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms, this does not constitute a waiver of our rights to do so.
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
9. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
Please raise any dispute relating to these Terms or your access to or use of the Portal with the Partner you work for, for resolution under the Partner Agreement.
These Terms and all matters relating to your access to or use of the Portal are subject to English law and dispute resolution by the English courts.
10. Amendments
We may make changes to these Terms, which will become effective when we post them here.
We may also withdraw, replace, or change the Portal and available services at any time.
