Product Owner
A Product Owner to play a pivotal role in the development and management of our core product platforms: Digital and phone-based Home Setup.
As a Product Owner reporting to one of our Product Managers (or our Head of Product), you will work closely with all business functions to understand requirements, write functional specifications, build wireframes and prototypes, uncover insights using data, and work with departmental heads to deliver new features. You will also work closely with our UX researcher to translate the research into actionable insights.
The role will be very hands-on and you should be ready to use an analytical and creative approach to testing and validating features as our products mature.
Experience working on B2B and B2C software products and platforms is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. You will have plenty of opportunities to implement your experience and improve the way we work within Product.
The role
•You will be responsible for specifying and delivering features that provide the stated product objectives
•You will communicate with Partners and internal stakeholders to understand the progress they are trying to make and where our applications can support this
•You will perform demonstrations to partners and internal stakeholders of upcoming functionality
•You will make an important contribution to the long-term businesses product roadmap and be responsible for prioritisation, management and delivery of the 0-3 month product roadmap
•You will work closely with our researcher to turn insights into specifications, PRDs, user stories, and job stories
•You will ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prepared tasks to work on
•Lead the planning of releasees and set the expectation for delivery of new functionality
• Help prioritise the backlog to ensure we are delivering the right work in the right order in discussion with the key stakeholders
•Develop and prioritise initiatives which align with the business’s Objectives and Key Results
